Dear faithful people of St. John’s,
For over 90 years, our spiritual forbearers have left us with a rich legacy in this Parish community that serves families from Chicago to as far south as Kankakee, and from Western Indiana to Frankfort. Leaders in our community and region have at various times called St. John’s home; and it is not lost on me the shoes that I have the privilege to fill, faithful servants like Bishop Montgomery, Fr. Our Cottage meetings are completed!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Cottage Meetings this Fall. Please join us at our Annual Meeting of the Parish, on January 26, 2020, when the Long Range Planning Committee will distribute the summary report of all the responses we received in the Cottage Meetings. There will be two open forums to discuss this report and to give you opportunities to ask questions:
Sunday, February 2 at 9:00 am
Sunday, February 9 at 11:30 am
We will begin focusing our hopes and dreams at these meetings and with the Parish Survey that will be distributed this Spring.
