What do we believe?

One of the most beautiful aspects of our Episcopal/Anglican tradition is that our unity of purpose does not require a uniformity of belief. We are a big-tent church that believes ALL people are created in the image of God, and so we welcome ALL people, regardless of where they are on their faith journey. We value the tradition we have inherited, a tradition that is rooted in God's self-revelation to us through scripture, and honor God's gift of reason, which allows us to ask questions, even the hard ones. We are a diversity of people, of values, and of theological perspectives, but united by the life-changing power of Jesus' love, as we gather together around God's table.
